App Center
Offer an approved app to every service provider and charge for it.
Listing an app
On the app's page choose App Center listing, enter a privacy policy URL, a summary and the prices, and submit the listing. Superroute reviews the listing and every later price change. Service providers see the developer, the capabilities, the privacy policy and the price in their currency before they switch the app on. Withdrawing a listing keeps the providers already using the app.
Price models
| Model | Charged |
|---|---|
Freefree |
No charge and no statements. An app whose every price is free is free in every currency. |
Monthlymonthly |
A fixed fee per service provider per month. A month the app was on for part of is charged by the day. |
Per active customer or driverper_active |
A price per active customer (per active driver for a driver app) per month, with an optional number of people included free. Active people are those issued a token that month. |
Per-call pricing is not offered.
A price per currency, before tax
Set a price for each currency you sell in. A service provider can switch on a paid app only when the app has a price in its currency. Prices, statements and earnings are amounts before tax; Superroute adds tax on its own invoice. An approved price change takes effect on the 1st of the next month.
Monthly statements
On the 2nd of each month a statement is written per service provider, app and currency for the month before. Superroute locks it, invoices the provider and collects the payment outside the system. A locked statement is never changed; a mistake is corrected by a credit on a later statement.
Superroute's share and the card fee
Superroute's share is 0% unless Superroute sets another rate for your account or for one app. A card processing fee, a percentage plus a fixed amount per payment, is taken out of your earnings when the provider paid by card. The share is taken after the fee:
share = (statement amount before tax − card processing fee) × rate
Earnings and payouts
You are credited when Superroute records the provider's payment of a statement, never before. Your earnings, card fees, share, payouts and balance are kept per currency without conversion. Superroute records a payout it made to you, or you request a withdrawal of at most your balance, which Superroute marks as paid once paid, or rejects with a reason.
Overdue statements
A locked statement still unpaid 30 days after locking is overdue. The provider, you and Superroute are notified and reminded every 7 days. You choose per app what happens:
- Manual: you suspend or reinstate the app for a provider from your console.
- Automatic: the app is suspended for a provider once a statement is overdue by your number of days and the provider's overdue total in a currency is above your amount for that currency (0 means any amount). It is reinstated when payments bring the total back to or below that amount.
Automatic handling never lifts a suspension made by hand. Superroute can still suspend any app. Days on which an app is suspended are not charged.
In the console: Open Platform → Apps → the app → App Center listing, Statements and Earnings.
